Sikia Restaurant located at 740 West 63rd St. is re-opening September 18th and welcoming Washburne Culinary Student-Chefs back for the semester! Lunch hours will be 11am-1pm, Wednesday-Friday. Washburne students in the final phase of their culinary education have the opportunity to work in Sikia Restaurant, a full-service dining operation that allows them to further their expertise in menu planning, food preparation and cooking, as well as gain essential front-of-the-house service skills.
