R.A.G.E. is beyond excited to announce that applications for the Re-Up Our Future Scholarship are now open! It’s truly an honor for us to support the youth from the Englewood community as they pursue their post secondary education goals. We firmly believe that education has the power to transform communities and individuals alike, which is why this year, we’re thrilled to announce that we have increased our scholarship amounts to range from $1,000 to $2,500!

This scholarship program is open to all Englewood residents graduating high school, as well as graduating seniors from Englewood STEM High School. Heading to a local college, trade school, or planning to represent at an HBCU? As long as you are a graduating high school senior and pursuing a higher education, we’ve got a scholarship for you! Below are the links to apply for the scholarship that best suits you.

Englewood STEM Scholarship

• This one’s specifically for all 2024 graduating seniors of Englewood STEM High School who are heading to college or university. Must hold a minimum 2.5 GPA.

Samaiya Butler HBCU Scholarship

• Named in honor of our Re-Up Our Future Manager, Lindblom alumni and Spelman graduate Samaiya Butler, this scholarship is for our HBCUs! Graduating high school seniors who are residents of Englewood or West Englewood (zip codes 60621 or 60636) and have their sights set on a Historical Black College or University are welcome to apply. Must hold a minimum 2.5 GPA.

R.A.G.E. Neighbor “Re-Up” Scholarship

• Greater Englewood residents ONLY: this scholarship is open to all graduating high school seniors who live in the 60621 or 60636 zip codes and have plans to pursue higher education (vocational school, four-year university, or a community college) and hold a minimum 2.5 GPA.

We are not just investing in these scholars; we are investing in the future of Englewood itself! Applications are now open and will be accepted until June 14th at 11:59pm. Let all your family, friends and neighbors that may be or know a student graduating from high school this year: it’s time to Re-Up Our Future!
