At R.A.G.E., we believe in investing in the future by uplifting and equipping Englewood’s youth with the tools, opportunities, and support they need to succeed. Our Youth Development program Re-Up Our Future amplifies youth voices, foster leadership, and create pathways to success through mentorship, civic engagement, and educational support.

Re-Up Our Future Scholarship Program

Founded in 2021, the Re-Up Our Future Scholarship program was created to award graduating Englewood seniors who are pursuing college or post-secondary education. This scholarship not only provides financial support but also connects scholars with a network of resources and opportunities to help them thrive beyond high school.

Through mentorship, workshops, and continuous engagement, we aim to not only open doors for Englewood’s youth but also walk alongside them as they pursue their dreams.

Since its inception, we’ve proudly supported a total of 48 scholars on their educational journeys:

Civic Engagement Opportunities & School Partnerships

 

 

At R.A.G.E., we ensure that Englewood’s youth have a seat at the table in community decision-making, advocacy, and leadership. Through workshops, community projects, and leadership opportunities, our youth are empowered to use their voices for change and become active participants in shaping their future.

A key part of this work is through school partnerships & initiatives that bring real-world learning directly into the classroom.

 

Benjamin E. Mays School Partnership

In 2024, R.A.G.E. partnered with Benjamin E. Mays to launch our Re-Up Our Future Series with 8th graders, focusing on entrepreneurship. This hands-on program introduced students to the fundamentals of starting and managing a business, the importance of ownership in building generational wealth, and how entrepreneurship can be a tool for community transformation.

Throughout the series, students engaged with local business owners, explored real-world case studies, and even developed their own business ideas. By nurturing creativity, leadership, and critical thinking, we’re helping Englewood’s youth see themselves as future entrepreneurs, innovators, and community changemakers.

Through partnerships like this, R.A.G.E. continues to create pathways for youth to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
