Urban Male Network is Changing Lives — One Young Man at a Time
Each year, Urban Male Network empowers over 325 young men of color across Chicago and the South Suburbs through transformative mentorship, workforce development, and enrichment programming.
With programming across 11 schools and community sites, we provide over 18,000 hours of direct support, including:
In-school mentorship that builds emotional intelligence and leadership skills
Afterschool programs that keep youth engaged, safe, and supported
Paid employment for 155 teens, helping them gain experience and financial literacy
Community events that reach thousands and bring neighborhoods together
