It’s time to prepare our children for school and RAGE needs your support!
As you know, So Fresh Saturday 6th Annual Back to School Edition will happen at Hamilton Park Cultural Center (513 W. 72nd St.), August 25th, 3pm-7pm! RAGE aims to distribute backpacks filled with essential school supplies to at least 500 families and we need as many volunteers and donations as possible to make this event another huge success! If you want to contribute to this impactful and popular event, you can deliver your donations of school supplies to RAGE office located 6620 S. Union, floor #2, now until August 23rd from 11am – 4pm or simply donate online here – ragenglewood.org/donate! If you require specific drop-off times on the weekend, feel free to email us at joinrage@gmail.com to schedule a time with us.
Also, if you are available for an hour or two between 1:00pm -7:00pm on Aug. 25th, we would greatly appreciate your help sorting, packing, organizing and distributing book bags. We also need volunteers to help work the R.A.G.E. table, serve food, monitor activities and assist with other event tasks. Hope to see many of you at So Fresh Saturday on August 25th and thank you all in advance for your commitment to serve the Englewood Community!
