Steps to Apply:

2. Start your application here on Submittable.
You will need to create an account to access the application. You’ll be able to save your application and return to it at a later date.
3. Upload the following to your application in Submittable:
- IRS 501(c)3 Determination Letter
- Funding Request Form
- Financial Statement Form
- 5-8 media released photos of your project in action. Please make sure the photos are 1mb or larger.
4. Complete your application by 11:59pm CST on June 20, 2018.
