We are proud to share that Sonya Harper has been appointed to the 6th District State Rep Seat on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2015. Sonya has led many initiatives through RAGE such as the Englewood Votes Campaign, an annual beautification event – Englewood Unity Day, and leads the Grow Greater Englewood Coalition – a neighborhood based coalition that empowers the community by collaborating to cultivate a healthy and resilient food system.
The primary election is March 15, 2016, followed by the general election in November 2016. Harper will serve as State Representative until January 2017.
