We are pleased to announce that our current President, Aysha Butler was awarded the Mother of Magnitude (MOM) Award by the EarthHeart Foundation on Saturday, May 10th at DuSable Museum. The MOM award recipients are role models who exemplify an extraordinary commitment to social responsibility and bettering their community.
Recipients may come from all walks of life, but are united in their deep concern for others in their community. We seek to honor those mothers who have demonstrated selflessness, exhibited a long-term commitment to service and the betterment of their community, and who have had a significant impact on the live of others in their neighborhood.
