Come to this community meeting to learn how to apply for the Englewood Neighborhood Tax Increment Finance – Neighborhood Improvement Program (TIF-NIP).
What is a TIP-NIF – A grant for home repairs on single family residential properties. The single family program is open to eligible owner-occupants of one to four (1-4) unit residential properties located within the Englewood Neighborhood TIF district.
