The Helping Hands of Englewood monthly meeting is schedule for Wednesday, Nov. 14 – 8:30am at Liberation Christian Church located at 6810 S. Ashland Blvd.
Helping Hands of Englewood is a part of the Mayor’s neighborhood stabilization efforts that are focused on safety in the Englewood community. It is a group of community leaders, elected officials, representatives from Chicago Public Schools, Chicago Police Department, and the City of Chicago, community service providers and leaders in the faith community, among other diverse stakeholders – that has come together to reduce violence and increase community stability and engagement in Greater Englewood.
