You are being asked join in an emergency session with other neighborhood & community leaders this coming Monday Jan 30th as we try to come to terms with the discovery of a major project in our midst, The Grand Crossing Rail Project. The meeting will be held at E.T.A. Performing Arts center at 76th & South Chicago at 6:30 pm. Call 773/224-6222 with any questions.

Chatham
Cottage Grove Heights
East Chatham
Englewood
Essex
Grand Crossing
London Town
Marynook
Park Manor

Rosemore
South Oakwoods
will come together with business owners and other concerned stakeholders to discuss and brain storm remedies on this issue. Major business and church stakeholders like ETA Performing Arts, New Life Covenant Church, Unleaded Blues, WVON 1690 AM, are being invited and we suggest you pull out you Rolodex and shake your phone tree to summons all the concerned “stakeholders” you know, as well as persons with detailed and expert knowledge on the subject who can help us reach a strong consensus and come up with strategies to protect our collective interests in the matter.
We strongly suggest you and your group representatives read up on the project by going to these online sites before attending this session, so that you can be up to speed on the issues;
