The City of Chicago, its partners, and the residents and business owners of Greater Englewood (Englewood and West Englewood), Washington Park, Woodlawn, the southern half of New City, and parts of Fuller Park, Grand Boulevard, and Greater Grand Crossing are engaging in the Green Health Neighborhoods (GHN) Land Use Plan. This project will result in plans and policies that will guide decision-making and investments for years to come in these community areas.
On Saturday, January 28, 2012, the City of Chicago Department of Housing & Economic Development, LISC/Chicago, Teamwork Englewood, Washington Park Consortium, South East Chicago Commission and CMAP will be hosting a GHN Meeting. The event is free and open to the public.
